Biography
Skylar (Jianheng) He makes things that shouldn't last, last. Sound recordings become ceramic vessels. Delivery photographs become navigable three-dimensional space. A hand gesture becomes a physical pattern in sand.
Her practice moves between interactive installation, spatial data visualization, and robotic fabrication — always asking what it takes to give material form to something that was never meant to survive.
She holds an MA in Design for Performance and Interaction from UCL . She is a Research Assistant at Tsinghua University's Future Lab and a core member of Wrench2Studio. Her work has been exhibited at the V&A East Storehouse, FOLD London, and the London Festival of Architecture, in collaboration with YAMAHA and V&A.
